We use a small number of trusted service providers to keep SRCLE running.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.
Your card information is entered and handled through that provider rather than being stored directly by SRCLE.
We may receive limited information connected to your payment, such as your subscription status, whether a payment was successful, and information needed to manage your membership.
SRCLE uses a session cookie that is necessary to keep you securely logged in.
At the time of this policy, we do not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies.
If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, you will be given the appropriate choices before those cookies are used.
SRCLE uses information such as the niche you choose and the clips you download to make your library more relevant to you.
For example, if you regularly download a certain type of content, SRCLE may use that activity to change the order of clips shown in your feed.
This is used to personalise your experience — not to make legal, financial or similarly significant decisions about you.
We keep your account information while your SRCLE account is active.
If you cancel or close your account, some information may be kept for a limited period where necessary for things such as:

No online service can promise absolute security, but protecting member information is part of how SRCLE is built and operated.
Some of the service providers we use may process information outside the Netherlands or the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on legally recognised safeguards where required, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections.
